Cancellation & Refund Policy

At MEGALIST INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and satisfactory experience. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and supportive of customer needs.


Order Cancellation

Cancellations may be considered if a cancellation request is made within Not Applicable from placing the order. However, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped by the vendor or merchant.

Orders for perishable goods such as flowers, food items, etc., cannot be cancelled. However, if the product delivered is proven to be of unacceptable quality, a refund or replacement may be considered.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, kindly report it to our Customer Service Team within Not Applicable of receiving the product. The matter will be verified by the merchant before processing any replacement or refund.

Product Not as Expected

If the product received is not as described or does not meet expectations, please contact Customer Service within Not Applicable of delivery. After reviewing the concern, an appropriate resolution will be determined.

For items covered under manufacturer warranty, the customer should directly contact the manufacturer as per the warranty terms.


Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved by MEGALIST INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
